The truth eventually comes out. Heard a homeowner when presented with the petition wanted to ask one of the KIP Costanza promoters questions regarding the agreement and the promoter just walked away. Anyone, I mean anyone who has bothered to take the time to find out what went on during the negotiations of the expired WIF agreement knows it was a lousy deal for Union Bay and a winning lottery ticket for KIP Costanza.
