….request in writing that Kensington Island Properties (KIP) advise the CVRD of how it intends to comply with the terms of its master development agreement, and that it do so by April 30, 2017.

No progress for 20 years.

Planning for this project started in 1996 and to date, no progress has been made on the development of the property, and nor have the parties developed a new water agreement.
