Copyright and Fair Use

It’s too bad Trustee Bitten didn’t offer the valuable information he obtained researching copyright law at the May 18, 2017 meeting when he brought forth a motion to suspend audio and video recording of the public meetings.

You would think they would have spent even a few minutes researching before bringing this stupid motion forward which is ridiculous since you can’t suspend a bylaw just by voting to do so.  A repeat of the pre 2011 UBID board who thought if they voted on something – that made it legal!  Bullshitting only works short term.
