Union Bay Improvement District Board Meeting tonight at 7 pm Union Bay Community Hall

I guess we’ll find out tonight if KIP managed to meet the deadline for turning over the 4 acres for the water treatment facility.   I believe it will be a first for this developer to actually meet any deadline since darkening our doorsteps in the early 2000’s.

It will go down in the history books or ……another excuse – caused by someone else of course.

According to the Jan. landowners update:

We are happy to report that a Legal description of this site in UBID’s favour has now been forwarded to the Provincial Land Titles Department by our Legal counsel for registration.

Well what do you know – KIP appears to have actually complied with a deadline.  After all, KIP believes timelines don’t matter when you’re dealing with government!
