Let’s not forget that all the actions taken by this imitation board since Trustee Kaljur was unlawfully suspended and/or all the meetings and correspondence she was denied must be revisited. All those decisions were made by a group of 5 men meeting on their own time making decisions and then attempting to pass off their actions as legal by the Union Bay Improvement District Board including the CAO fabricating minutes of those unlawful meetings.
I guess the anonymous coward will complain the local media only wants to publish one sided stories while completely ignoring the fact the media (as a rule) contacts those involved to allow comment/ rebuttal – a ‘no comment’ is unacceptable coming from an elected official who continues to break UBID’s own bylaws.
