Pretty limited agenda and the admin was a no show again!
Board is meeting soon with the CVRD and the motion to send the letter for the pros and cons was passed in Nov. 2017. Let’s get rid of this corrupt form of government!
Will be interesting to see the minutes of this meeting and if the questions are answered. Where is the supposed legal opinion from UBID’s legal counsel Peter Johnson advising the Oct. 2017 Water Infrastructure Agreement NOT be published on the website.
Plus, the firehall land is anticipated to be transferred in the fall of 2019 – that’s not news – that’s the 2 year limit for KIP to transfer agreed to in the 2017 WIA.
