Here’s a pic of high tide. It’s pretty hard to dispute the work being done below the high tide mark. Is this the proper use of the inflatables? Force a chain back and forth to create a space to pull the inflatables through? How is this complying with “…very low impact on the ocean floor.” as specified above?

Here’s Deep Water Recovery ripping the shit out of the shore in order to put inflatables underneath. Anyone living on waterfront would never be allowed to do this.
