Weird, they appealed Justice Ahmad’s ruling and then applied for a ‘stay’ of their appeal. Lots of throwing legal applications to see what sticks all to delay, delay, delay. No doubt the same tactics are being used with the CVRD. DWR pumping lots of money into Borden, Ladner, Gervais stalling – they know they are screwed and going to lose. It’s only a matter of time. Tick tock….
