The manager will typically do anything for anybody, I’ve seen him lend company equipment to neighbors (sic) and I believe we are storing things for neighbors (sic) for free. I know all the neighbors (sic) to the north of us and across the road are using company property to access the back of their homes and to the best of my knowledge he has not said anything.

Well Jurisich blocked off the back lane and threw a fit and called the RCMP on a neighbour accusing her of stealing his stupid blocks last Oct. “across the road” would be the Statutory Right of Way which the public has every right to set foot on without DWR giving permission.

Dena Balla, married to the thug Andras Balla were both illegally living on the DWR industrial site and moved mid 2023. Haven’t seen Andras Balla since then but sometimes the two tone Mini is parked at the site.

What a crock. This is the typical attitude by DWR. Someone reported them, they were found to be in the wrong and supposedly shut down which cost them $100,000. but it’s the person who reported them that they want to blame. Never mind they were obviously shut down due to their own decisions.

This is their reaction when people aren’t fawning over them. They refuse to accept any responsibility for their actions and get really pissed if someone reports their actions to the appropriate agency.

Wow – lots of problems in 2021. RCMP, stolen vehicles, people without hard hats. Maybe you’re doing something wrong.
