On Borden, Ladner, Gervais website they use this quote from David Eby regarding the PPPA. A law firm with almost 900 lawyers and a multi-million dollar client – I’d say that’s a hell of an imbalance of resources compared to a 73 yr old pensioner on a fixed income.

BLG finally admitted during the PPPA application the property they claim to be DWR’s is in fact a Right of Way, allowing access to the public – all the public – not everyone except me.
Borden Ladner Gervais have nothing to back up their claim I unjustifiably refused to cease the conduct, despite Deep Water Recovery’s demands. The Cease and Desist letter was sent the day after BLG filed the Response to Civil Claim and Countersuit.
Borden Ladner Gervais have nothing to back up the false claim the RCMP instructed me not to fly and that I had refused to abide by the RCMP’s instructions.
The claim of ‘personal gain’ is false and I heard from a reliable person in the last week that thug Mark Jurisich is spreading falsehoods claiming I’m receiving $300,000. to continue flying the drone.
The Response to Civil Claim and Counterclaim were filed July 13, 2022, claiming I had ignored DWR’s demands. Borden, Ladner Gervais knew this was false. The first letter was sent July 14, 2022, a day after they filed the Response and Counterclaim, and BLG never made any attempt to correct the record.
