Start looking at people for what they really are. Just because low standards were acceptable way back whenever, doesn’t mean you have to accept that now.
I’ll have to do another post about Bitten and his copyright claim from another meeting. I’ve had so many chuckles at their proud ignorance and to be able to share it is funny all over again.
People who can’t be trusted don’t want a record of their words. That way they never have to justify what they say or even remember because their answer is depending on the situation at the time. Whatever lie applies in that moment is used. How can you claim they said something different – it’s your word against them. It’s a great effective tool for untrustworthy people.
Before I started video recording the UBID meetings years ago, the only record provided were the minutes that were not detailed and at the whim of whoever was the Administrator who composed them from their audio recording. No idea if the audio recordings were saved – doubt it.
The pro KIP trustees were livid their gong show antics were being exposed on Youtube to view and share. By January 2017 the Ministry called the Board about ‘concerns’ they received. Couple of days later a half ton truck backed over my fence and into my home. A guy wearing a balaclava took rocks out of the truck bed and kept throwing them at my front window until it broke. What a coincidence, right?
Look how many times Jim explains a by-law can’t be suspended, Bitten claims to understand after and turns around and wants to suspend a portion of a by-law. Just no fucking clue. Big surprise the motion passes. Bitten, Loxam and Jacques had no problem illegally suspending a portion of a by-law and they felt perfectly justified. This is how they governed and they couldn’t have me recording the meetings and posting them on Youtube for everyone to see.
The videos weren’t abused and I posted them in their entirety on Youtube – they couldn’t take it when I took clips showing their incompetence and posted those on my blog. In their minds, that abuse.
The three of them had been told to accomplish this because my videos were showing them to be the morons they are. Bitten claimed he researched. Listen to him spew bullshit about copyrighting the meeting even after Jim used CBC as an example. Yaps about Bitten always tries to puff himself up as though it adds to his silly points.
Name the abuse. What did they do prior to making this motion? Did they ever advise me I was violating the bylaw? NOPE. They were fucking cowards – prove me wrong.
Listen to this ridiculous shit the incompetent administrator puts forth. They claim the by-law had to be changed for privacy reasons and this dolt states to ask a question you have to state your name and address and have to be a landowner. That was never required before. Just bullshit on top of bullshit to cover their sorry asses.
You can’t copyright a fucking public meeting and put it on Youtube thinking you can control what people do with it. Fair Use has never entered their empty heads.
This is their solution to the videos being supposedly abused and the public being recorded. Who’s got their mug turned and on full display in their video? Again, people who bullshit and use their power to shut down any criticism aren’t looking out for your interests, they want to control the information you receive.
It’s like shooting fish in a barrel dealing with bullshitters.
