Blatantly trespassing. Remember the hissy fit Jurisich threw and countersued me for TRESPASSING, easily proven to be a lie. That countersuit and my lawsuit ended with Deep Water Recovery paying me $210K and an apology letter. Imagine how much they spent on their lawyers – at least that much, if not more.
They have unlimited funds, so the gov’t should increase the penalties until they pack up their polluted shit and leave.
