Obviously, someone penned the letter to the editor on behalf of this elected official, probably KIP.
Obviously, this elected official hasn’t read the expired 2011 Water Infrastructure Agreement http://www.union-bay.ca/pdf/UBID-KIP%20Water%20Agreement%20Apr%202011.pdf regarding Langley Lake and the dam by claiming:
It should also be noted that, in the 2011 WIA, the developer is responsible for all costs related to any improvements to the Langley Lake water source and its dam, if and when the need for additional water arises.
In fact, the agreement states – I underlined in red:
Me thinks this elected official hasn’t got a clue and is parroting the master.

Hi Gord,
I believe the Administrator, the Facilitator and the VP of KIP, Brian McMahon were present.

I’m confused was the new agreement {unsigned by KIP and currently under review by the CVRD} negotiated by the Administrator and KIP with the facilatator present? Also, given that we have no financial information since the December 2015 audited statements and with the sudden resignations of three Trustees an audit is required as at July 2016 to assure Landowners that nothing is amiss and our assets are safe.
