The link below is to the Union Bay Improvement District Strategic Plan from the Good Board (to distinguish the governing board from 2011 to July 2016)  the KIP heavy board will need to sit down and plan for the next three years.  Have a look at the Good Board (the one the KIP trustees claim did everything wrong re:  KIP) and I’ll publish the one the KIP heavy board puts out – if ever.

The Good Board provided far more information to the landowners than any board before them.   Anyone have any evidence the Good Board wasn’t acting in the best interests of the community?
