Now let’s get this show on the road and get a new agreement that benefits Union Bay. Let’s make sure these pro KIP trustees don’t pull another fast one like they tried by enacting the force majeure in the expired agreement. These trustees need to be held accountable to the landowners – not a bloody developer. Time to end the bullshit that’s being spewed by these three pro KIP clowns.

A smile must have appeared on UBID lawyer’s face as he read the request to contact KIP’s lawyers in order for UBID (of all people) to invoke the Force Majeure clause. For one thing how do you invoke a clause in an expired agreement? As well, the aggrieved party is supposed to request the coming into play of the clause not the other way round! Ding dong gong.
