Is It Asking Too Much For Accuracy With The Union Bay Improvement District Board?

The Administrator insists the following and simply refuses to correct his error.

There is no shame in making a mistake – just fix it ffs.   Compare the minutes posted as March  16, 2017 with the video.  It doesn’t take rocket science to see the two do not match.

Perhaps someone viewing the video and comparing the two will send an email to the Administrator because he seems to automatically disregard anything I say.
