More Proof Union Bay Improvement District Admin Needs Training

You will note in this email exchange the Admin responds to my emails from June 16, 2017 on August 16, 2017 only because Trustee Elliott was acting Chair.

Word has it that the Admin feels he would have to put together a business plan to hire more staff to answer correspondence.  Also wanted to have a collection agency recover outstanding parcel taxes and water tolls.

There is no way this Admin is going to have any videos of meetings up in a reasonable amount of time considering the problems faced with providing accurate minutes in a timely fashion.  This guy is out of his depth.
