Why is UBID screwing around with the scheduled date for the April election?

Check out Trustee Kaljur’s new post regarding the failure of UBID to publish the Watershed Protection Plan @ https://unionbay.news.blog

This is the meeting schedule that was posted on the UBID website for a period of time last year. See below. NOTE: Saturday April 13, 2019 is Election Day for trustee positions and is clearly the last listing.

So why has UBID just published the schedule with Election Day removed? What possible reason could there be without any explanation. Union Bay Improvement District tactics stink!
