Union Bay Improvement District Letters Patent – another document ignored by the gong show.

The Letters Patent clearly states: “All subsequent elections of Trustees shall be held at the annual general meetings of the improvement district, and it shall be the duty of the Trustees to call a general meeting to be held between January 1st and May 1st in each year…”

These tools seem to be under the impression everything is optional. They don’t have a clue as to the purpose of the AGM and changed it without any thought or adherence to rules in place.

They are incompetent. Show up at the AGM June 3, 2019 to hear what ‘alternative facts’ will be provided.
