UBID Trustee Haraldson Claim Developer Pays for Second Water Tower/Reservoir is Incorrect

At the Regular Board meeting today, Trustee Haraldson was incorrect when he stated that according to the 2017 WIA the developer would pay for the second daf plant and also another water tower/reservoir. See the page below for confirmation this statement was false.
