There is so much information in this meeting. More financial information. It is such a relief to hear Gary Nason provide guidance to the trustees and alert them to issues that could impact UBID. We have someone looking out for us instead of a board relying on KIP’s advice and just rubber stamping everything KIP related.
Will be making a post about the subdivision bylaw (mentioned in this meeting) history and how KIP manipulated his trustees to enforce an old bylaw in spite of a new one worked on for 2 years by the professional administrator during the Molstad board.
