Fixed the Sandy Beach in Union Bay Estates Pretty Picture

The Coal Hill is listed as one of the top 13 priority contaminated sites on Crown Land in BC.

Noticed KIP’s concept had white sandy beaches, so I fixed it for them. Might have been doable if it wasn’t on the OCEAN with tides! Anyone who has walked this area knows the erosion over the years has been significant. The work to stop the erosion is not going to result in gently sloping beach. That green mound is not a natural land feature and the ocean is slowly reclaiming the area.
