Trustee Haraldson was a tad late on the announcement of the Discovery Centre getting approval. This was sent out by KIP in April 2020. It’s KIP getting his flunkies to do his PR work regurgitating old items as new announcements giving the impression there is progress being made. It’s the same bullshit.
