This is an excerpt from Terrance Ruttan’s affidavit describing what transpired on June 22, 2022. Gee, pretty straightforward … wow … who convinced Terrance Ruttan to sign this?

Just a wild guess here, but I think ‘the property’ Terrance Ruttan refers to is the road I parked my car on. I’ve addressed this previously in another post. NOTE: my car is visible on the left. The Private Property sign is at the railway crossing and I was no where near it. There are no other signs.

Anything you want to add to this flimsy statement Terrance? Me thinks you are going to be asked very specific questions. I offer you this as a refresher:
