Kensington Island Properties (KIP Costanza) States 5 Acres Too Small – Offers a Whopping 4 Acres

NOTE:  Provincial Facilitator James (Jim) Mattison:  js.mattison@telus.net

KIP claimed 5 acres was too small for a permanent water treatment facility, why is 4 acres being offered as though it’s acceptable?  It’s the landowners who are going to be on the hook for bad decisions made by ignorant elected officials.
