Union Bay Improvement District Discussing Water Infrastructure Agreement – Again

This board is going to go down in history as the one who couldn’t accomplish anything since being elected.

No committees. No planning for the future. The Strategic Plan is outdated as of Aug. 2017, and these trustees don’t appear to understand their obligations to the community. A year has passed and we are no further ahead as KIP continues to play games and these guys are happy to oblige.

Did KIP finally sign the agreement? It was scheduled on the COW meeting Sept. 6, 2017.
