When Will Union Bay Improvement District Send the Administrator for Government Training?

This is an update to the post below:

Union Bay Improvement District – No Information Available This Year

The response from the UBID Administrator would be funny if he wasn’t serious.  He stated:

There are no AGM minutes for either 2015 or 2016.  I’m assuming these meetings never took place.

This leads me to question if this person has ever taken any interest in Union Bay as a landowner, never mind as Administrator.  Anyone who has ever bothered to vote in Union Bay knows there is an Annual General Meeting every year.  It’s obvious those of us paying attention are more informed than someone who has shown no interest and now looks down their nose at the informed and makes excuses for their mistakes.
