Looks like there is going be an update to the KIP Water Agreement which was announced JULY 27, 2017.  Remember when the Admin said he expected to have the signed papers back from McMahon within a few days?  July 27 to Oct. 12 is just over 70 days.  Don’t forget McMahon’s saying:

“Time lines don’t matter when you’re dealing with government.”
