This subdivision is one of the three Gary Nason spoke about at the Dec. 3, 2020 COW meeting advising the board it would have a significant impact on infrastructure.

The Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) has reviewed the proposed layout plan prepared by Bazett Land Surveying, dated May 25, 2020 (Figure 2), and has provided a list of requested conditions.
Check page 4: Sewer.
The current proposed sewage plan for the development does not comply with the MDA.
