KIP not approved yet for the larger system which would be the dumping of 1875 Cubic metres of treated sewage daily into Hart/Washer Creek. KIP has approval for a ‘holding tank’ for the Discovery Centre.

KIP still hasn’t paid the fees for the building permit for the Discovery Centre, hasn’t turned over the 6 affordable housing lots, and hasn’t turned over the Parks and Trails.
