I hope Ton Trieu answers the “comparable contribution” by KIP if sewer extension comes south. KIP and KFN developments are going to dwarf existing Union Bay and should be paying a hell of a lot – existing owners shouldn’t. It’s those developing huge swaths of land that require the sewer – existing landowners can install new septic systems, probably cheaper than what we will be presented with.
It should be comparable to installing a new septic system – and not amortized for more than 20 years. Existing landowners shouldn’t get screwed again by this blowhard who never follows through on all the promises made for decades now.

The response.
